I just installed the Leatherman replacement wire cutters. They fit well. When I ordered them , there was a delay in the shipping. What I was really impressed with is that someone from the company called me and told me it would two weeks later than the 3 days or so it was originally going to be. He wondered if I still wanted them , if it was going to take that long. I was not in a hurry, so that was fine . Communication and integrity like this is rare today. I appreciate it
I have been so impressed with the functionality of the Airphone and how easy it was to install ourselves and how its super user friendly even for an 80 year old!!!! I am so happy we chose to replace our old system with this new one!!! if i could give 10 stars I would!
